  • What types of bikes do you offer for rent?
    We provide high-quality mountain bikes suitable for exploring the beautiful landscapes of Mongolia.
  • How can I make a reservation?
    You can reserve bikes online, by phone, or in person at our rental office. Advanced reservations are recommended to ensure bike availability.
  • What are your rental rates?
    Our rental rates start at USD 20 per day. We offer special discounts for extended rentals and group bookings. Please check our website or contact our office for the latest pricing and promotional offers.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and a deposit of at least USD 300 (cash only) per bike is required.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made more than 5 business days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days will incur a 50% charge.
  • Where can I pick up the bike?
    Bikes can be picked up from our Cycling Gobi Bike Shop | Trek Bikes Mongolia during business hours. Please bring a valid passport and your booking confirmation.
  • When do I need to return the bike?
    Bikes must be returned to the same location by the agreed return time. Late returns will incur additional fees, including a 20% increase in the rental tariff.
  • What are your opening hours?
    Our hours vary depending on the season to accommodate your cycling needs best: Cold Season: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily (closed on Tuesdays) Warm Season: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily Feel free to visit us any day of the week during these hours for all your cycling needs!
  • What safety gear is provided?
    Helmets are mandatory and provided with each rental.
  • What should I do if the bike is damaged or has issues?
    Perform a basic safety check before each ride. If there are any issues, report them immediately. Damages incurred during the rental period will be assessed and charged accordingly.
  • What are the riding conditions I should be aware of?
    Avoid riding in extreme weather or unsafe trail conditions. Always follow local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Are there any prohibited activities?
    Do not use the bike for racing, stunts, or any purpose other than leisure travel. The bike should only be used on designated trails and paths.
  • What should I do in case of an emergency or breakdown?

  • What is the security deposit for rentals?
    A security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit is non-interest-bearing and non-refundable and covers potential damages, late returns, and any additional fees incurred during the rental period.
